This place was our first stop in Salem, just came across it. We did the tour and the show, it was so fun. Our guide seemed to really love his job, he was funny, engaging and stayed in character. The show was great! More fun than history but perfect for the setting. The costumes and actors were awesome. It was inexpensive and entertaining. If you are thinking of trying it, I say do it!

Responding to the initial response posted by this establishment , which is actually full of twisted facts* : “ I appreciate the prompt response to our shared concerns, however I wish this could have been rectified in the moment and not through an elaborate and detailed response full of lies to try and protect your establishment . 1) My wife received permission to use the bathroom that you express was a staff bathroom , my wife paid for a ticket and received permission to use a bathroom at your establishment. You guys refused her re-entry , and caused issues that could have been avoided. Your ability to twist facts and justify your decision as a business is just ridiculous. 2) Inappropriate Language and disrespect is something that never occurred- however a disappointed guest venting to their wife about your decisions as an establishment , as we departed is what took place. You can paint the picture how you want, that’s not me , and thats not how I do business as a person . 3)You guys do not need to take accountability for your mishaps, after all, those who don’t take accountability and like to respond to your customers pointing fingers and making lies isn’t a good way to handle business. You guys can do better. 4) Your cute , little, waste of a money show is something we’ve been doing to kill time in Salem, can get tickets and walk right in, what does that tell you about that show ? A joke. But, with the lame customer service and comedic defense on an honest review , this show isn’t worth it. Wishing your establishment many more years of success 😂😂” — The boy standing at podium near rear left door between 2p-3p on Saturday 10/21 was rude while being completely inattentive to my question / request at the end of our show. We have revisited this establishment annually for past 4 years and have enjoyed our experience , however our recent experience that was displayed toward my family as we were preparing to depart was unacceptable today. We will no longer return , as my wife was refused reentry after an urgent matter, and our daughter was stuck in , having to exit the other side of building while finishing up the show all on her own.

Honestly what is with all the 5 star reviews here? Sure this was a unique show. First and foremost, this is not a haunted house. It is a one woman show, in a theater with digital and other effects. She does a pretty good job....It's creative and unique, but it is not scary and it is not a haunted house. Took my 3 children this past weekend. Ages 8 through 11. This is a 20 minute show about the history of Salem and the witch trials. It would be worth about $7-8/ticket at most.

We did the Main Show and the Ghost and Legends Trolley tour and it was the best experience we had in Salem that day. The 6 of us (ages 6 - 74) all loved it. Great theatrics. Well done. The trolley tour by Black Mary Widow (BMW) with her "off-key" singing and weird story telling patter was great. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We did the Main Show, Lost Museum, and Ghosts & Legends Trolley Tour and all three were top notch!!! We had a blast with these interactive, “high tech” attractions and the staff members were all dedicated to their roles and very personable. Shout out to Jack our trolley tour guide for keeping us laughing while providing an informative and entertaining ride! Will definitely visit again.

AMAZING! This is the best attraction in Salem. We attended the Lost Museum and the theatre show. Show was great! In was informative and entertaining with some great special effects. The lost museum is not a museum but a haunted show with a story. Great special effects and super well done. A lot of thought was put into the two shows and the staff were great at setting the spooky vibes. This place shouldn’t be missed. Kudos to the team there!!

Went here after reading the reviews of other museums and was not disappointed. Can't say from experience of the other museums, but this is more of a show with actors. The show is great and the effects are cool. There was a guy behind me getting scared the whole time, quite funny. The interactive tour was also fun, although at the time we went it was just my wife and I. The guide was very funny and knew her part in the show very well. Guiding you through the haunted basement, Almost like an escape room. Wish we were on the next tour time as more people were on that tour.

Had an outstanding experience with the Ghosts & Legends Trolley Tour! It was a fun and informative Trolley ride around Salem. What really made the tour exceptional was BMW - she was an outstanding storyteller and very funny. She really made the experience great! I would highly recommend the Trolley tour to anyone - especially with BMW as your guide. Thanks!
